Associate Producer, Fantasy Sports - Part Time
SiriusXM is the leading audio entertainment company in North America, and they are seeking an Associate Producer for Fantasy Sports Radio. This role involves producing radio shows, supporting content development, and managing social media for the Fantasy Sports segment.
Responsibilities
- Produce a radio show including technical aspects of playing music, running a board, communicating with hosts and co-producers
- Design and post social media posts to over 135k followers
- Research guest ideas and coordinate guests in the sports industry
- Develop novel and creative ways to present content
- Create content to go on the SiriusXM App
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
- Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a virtual environment as well as in a live studio environment
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
- Strong interest in current events and pop culture, as related to assigned channels / programs
- Comfortable working with talent, artists and high profile individuals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Office and Adobe Audition
- Social media skills, including, but not limited to: Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook
- Mixing sound elements into a professional sounding product
- Operating an audio board
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S
