[Remote] Moving Operations Specialist Temp (US, Virtual)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sirva is a leading global relocation management and moving services company, and they are seeking a Moving Operations Specialist. The primary objective of this role is to serve as the subject matter expert for moving operations, acting as the main point of contact for the agent network and ensuring compliance while driving quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage escalations
- Perform system audits to ensure agent network compliance
- Manage cost controls and approvals of exceptions and 3rd party costs
- Acts as the main point of contact for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network before, during, and after each relocation
- Work with other members of the team to ensure the best experience for our customers
- Works with IT on system enhancements
- Document all interaction with agents and Relo
Skills
- Associate's degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Domestic House Hold Goods background preferred
- Self-motivated
