[Hiring] Letter Librarian @LoanCare

- Prepare and test letters; test sample with business operation prior to production; begin letter production after testing.
- Act as liaison for business areas to develop new letters and address letter production issues.
- Work with business areas and/or print vendors on letter production issues.
- Provide weekly status report and month-end accomplishments on pending letters to manager.
- Create and maintain letter library with version control on the SharePoint site and Messagepoint, including a redacted version of all active letters.
- Review/audit print vendor invoices prior to submitting to manager.
- Review daily letter production to balance total letters generated to total letters ordered.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of MSP Servicing System.
- Strong PC experience, including Adobe Professional, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and technical written communication skills.
- Precise attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to complete assignments under tight daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and promptly resolve issues.
- Self-motivated and organized; ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers in a team environment to attain common goals.
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of letter librarian experience (preferably within mortgage servicing or mortgage banking).

- Compensation Range: $17.88- $26.73 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
