This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Associate based in West Hollywood, CA. The Showroom Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, organizing product displays, coordinating with the sales team, and assisting with customer orders. The role demands strong communication skills, an ability to understand client needs, and a passion for design.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to assist and guide clients effectively
• Experience in visual merchandising, product presentation, and maintaining high showroom standards
• Basic knowledge of tile, interior design, or construction; experience in the industry is a plus
• Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage inventory efficiently
• Proficiency in computer software for inventory tracking, customer communications, or sales orders
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and independently within a dynamic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in design or related field is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for design and craftsmanship, with a willingness to learn about our products and industry
