Position Overview Title: Remote Part‑Time Customer Engagement and Marketing Compliance Analyst Employment Type: Part‑Time, Full‑Time Equivalent (8 hours per week) Location: Remote – United States (eligible candidates based in or near Celebration, FL are preferred) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $27 USD per hour, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits (see details below). This position is designed for recent graduates or advanced under‑graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in marketing, communications, public policy, or pre‑regulatory studies to real‑world challenges. You will serve as a critical liaison between the arenaflex legal, privacy, and marketing teams, helping to maintain the highest standards of data integrity, compliance, and brand reputation across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Process Support: Assist the arenaflex Parks, Experiences, and Products (PEP) legal and privacy departments in executing thorough compliance reviews for marketing campaigns, new vendor contracts, and internal data‑handling procedures.
  • Contract Review & Management: Contribute to the analysis, drafting, and maintenance of Master Service Agreements (MSA), Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and other contractual documents related to marketing, legal, security, and data‑usage terms for arenaflex retail, digital, and licensing initiatives.
  • Data Sharing Oversight: Monitor and audit third‑party data sharing arrangements, ensuring that data flows between arenaflex business units and external partners comply with applicable privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, etc.).
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, IT, Product, and Security—to align on compliance requirements, flag potential risks, and propose mitigations.
  • Regulatory Tracking & Implementation: Stay current on emerging privacy legislation and industry standards; assist in updating internal policies, guidelines, and training materials to reflect new obligations.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables for compliance‑related initiatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule with minimal supervision.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear, concise documentation of compliance reviews, audit findings, and remediation actions; maintain organized records for internal and external audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline compliance workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the overall efficiency of the Customer Engagement Marketing (CEM) function.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or candidate in the final semester) in Marketing, Communications, Public Policy, Pre‑Regulatory Studies, or a closely related field.
  • Strong understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and emerging data‑protection laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable language for non‑legal audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with contract management tools or compliance platforms.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience (internship, co‑op, or part‑time) in a compliance, legal, or regulatory environment, especially within the entertainment, retail, or digital media sectors.
