[Remote] Customer Success Manager

This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, scheduling appointments, and enhancing client satisfaction to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Set in-home appointments with leads generated from our marketing efforts
- Confirm scheduled appointments and ensure the sales team has accurate, up-to-date information
- Follow corporate-provided scripts and processes with professionalism
- Adapt corporate strategies to fit the needs of the Albany market
- Provide a smooth and professional customer experience over the phone
- Track and report key performance metrics related to appointments and confirmations
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with customers and the internal team
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or account management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to clients and team members
- Proficiency in computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate systems
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills who adapts quickly in a fast paced environment
- A passion for building lasting relationships with clients and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
