[Remote] Junior Attorney (Remote Litigation) — Cedar Rapids | $75k–$110k + Bonus

O'Flaherty Law Group is seeking a Junior Attorney to join their remote team handling criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation matters in Iowa. This role offers hands-on mentorship and training, allowing early-career attorneys to gain experience and gradually take ownership of cases.
Responsibilities
- Assist with and gradually take ownership of cases in criminal, family, and civil matters
- Attend court with guidance and support
- Draft pleadings, communicate with clients, and build litigation skills
- Grow into independent case management
Skills
- Licensed in Iowa or awaiting bar results
- Interest in litigation (criminal, family, or civil)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
