[Remote] FP&A Senior Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Faascloud inc. is a fast-growing advisory practice focused on emerging startup and technology clients across North America. The FP&A Senior Associate will assist in developing and maintaining strategic and financial analyses, including financial modeling and analytics, while engaging with clients to ensure business drivers are reflected in analyses.

Responsibilities

• Building detailed operational and financial models
• Performing financial and strategic analyses to support business insights, fundraising and long-term planning
• Engaging with the client to be on top of business updates and ensure key business drivers are understood and reflected in all analyses
• Updating and improving existing client financial models
• Assisting with data analytics and dashboards
• Collecting and analyzing industry research and trends
• Preparing internal and external client presentations and proposals
• Ad hoc projects for the benefit of our clients

Skills

• 1 to 3 years experience in Valuations, Modelling, Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity or Venture Capital
• Previous experience building financial models
• Post-Secondary education in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent (CPA/MBA/CFA/CBV etc)
• Strong financial/analytical skills related to corporate finance
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability to manage competing deadlines
• Experience working in remote and autonomous environments
• Knowledge of data tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc)
• SQL or Python
