Client Services Support
Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc is looking for a Client Services Support team member who is comfortable working on a computer and has strong reading and attention-to-detail skills. This position plays an important role in supporting both clients and the internal team by ensuring information is handled accurately and processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and responding to documents and requests
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Entering and updating information in our system
- Handling basic back-office tasks
Skills
- Comfortable using a computer
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong reading and attention to detail
- Reliable and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
