SeedTrust Escrow is a leading technology-enabled escrow fund manager for egg donation and surrogacy, seeking a Mandarin-Speaking Escrow Administrator. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the escrow department to ensure seamless operations and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face and voice of SeedTrust, providing exceptional customer service to all clients
• Act as a trusted advocate for our clients, addressing their inquiries, questions, and concerns
• Respond to and address all customer service inquiries promptly, providing clear and accurate information to ensure a positive client experience
• Generate detailed reports for clients, intended parents, and surrogates as required, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all parties involved
• Resolve matters promptly and ensure clients feel valued and supported during all phases of their journey
• Create new surrogacy escrow accounts for intended parents and surrogates
• Help clients become proficient with our system by guiding them through account setup, portal navigation, and connecting with the escrow team
• Assist in email inbox maintenance and delegating tasks across team members
