Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a self-starter, energetic, passionate, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our Global Brand Marketing team. You’ll be an integral part of the elite teams across multiple departments working cooperatively with the marketing team, creative dept, and product teams. You will help develop Epik's social voice, build engagement campaigns, and drive education, awareness, and adoption of the Epik brand which includes Epik, Epik Prime and the $EPIK token across all organic channels.

We have a lot of cool partner stories to tell and major product announcements to share—it’s an exciting time to join Epik! What you'll be doing:

• You’ll prepare, create, launch, and optimize organic campaigns focused on driving engagement & increased brand awareness.
• Develop a keen understanding of the Epik community and build out the company’s social media content calendar and digital growth strategy.
• Own social media accounts and adapt content, assets, and voice to individual channels.
• Create brand consistency with copy and creative across channels.
• Lead the production of creative, engaging, educational, and FUN content, videos, and graphics to effectively tell Epik's story to key target audiences.
• Have a discerning eye for memes and design that can go viral yet still reflect the core value of Epik.
• Work with our amazing partners to share and amplify their Epik collaborations. Develop ongoing campaigns with partners.
• Work with the Epik Prime Elite ambassadors to distribute campaigns and messages across the globe.
• Identify target groups and communities to engage with through social media.
• Identify and support influencers that can contribute to community growth.
• Set up social listening, track KPIs, and establish best practices for engagement.
• Analyze content performance and share metrics with key stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure maximum cross-channel efficiencies and a consistent brand experience.

Requirements: We are looking for a crypto native social media ninja who is an experienced content creator across Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, YouTube, Reddit, and Facebook who has successfully grown an engaged audience and knows how to build hype!

Capable of digging into Epik and its communities to develop a social media growth and engagement strategy.

An amazing copywriter who is also a crypto enthusiast. You understand that crypto Twitter is legit and an important part of building brand awareness.

• 3-5 years of social media and community engagement experience.
• Know how to craft and tell a good story.
• Deep understanding of crypto twitter and other crypto native social strategies.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an attention to detail.
• Data-driven, analytical, and a self-starter with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Keen understanding of the crypto landscape and ecosystem.
