‍What's the Role?

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Teacher Manager who speaks Czech or Slovak fluently and is passionate about education and leadership. In this role, you'll oversee and support our amazing team of teacherss, ensuring high-quality teaching and outstanding student experiences across our programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Daily collaboration with our Learning & Experience team
• Leading the teacher onboarding and integration process
• ‍Mentoring and supervising a team of 25-30 teachers
• Hosting regular online team meetings
• Conducting weekly/monthly evaluations of teaching performance
• Monitoring lessons (intro sessions & regular classes) to maintain quality
• Handling administrative tasks related to team and operations

• Have experience in teaching, coaching, or team leadership
• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
• Enjoy working with people and supporting their growth
• Thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Want to contribute to a meaningful cause and inspire future generations
• Hold a university degree in one of the preferred fields of study: Education, Teaching, Pedagogy, Management, or Human Resources
• (Bonus) Have a background in a technical or STEM-related field, such as Computer Science or IT
• Have advanced proficiency in Czech or Slovak, and at least B1 level of English
