Responsibilities

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology.
• Assess clients' mental health concerns, emotional issues, and goals for therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and objectives.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed for comprehensive treatment.
• Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based approaches in teletherapy and mental health counseling.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed or Registered with BBS as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state where services will be provided.
• Previous experience in providing counseling or therapy services, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
• Proficient in using technology for remote communication and comfortable with video conferencing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and documentation.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of client care.
