How You’ll Make a Difference

• Mastering the Source of Truth: You will own the AccuLynx CRM, transforming a backlog of data into a clean, reliable system that the entire production team trusts for daily operations.

• Fueling the Revenue Engine: By preparing accurate estimates, tracking job costs, and managing invoices, you ensure that the financial heartbeat of the company remains strong and projects stay profitable.

• Operational Peace of Mind: You’ll act as the central hub for team coordination, ordering RoofScope reports and providing daily operational summaries that keep the field crew and leadership perfectly aligned.

• Building Scalable Systems: You won’t just follow a checklist; you’ll identify gaps in workflows, maintain supplier pricing, and manage the owner’s inbox to ensure nothing ever falls through the cracks.

• The Detail Detective: You have a "eagle eye" for accuracy and get a sense of satisfaction from cleaning up messy data and organizing complex workflows.

• The Independent Problem-Solver: You don't need your hand held; you are comfortable working autonomously to figure out CRM nuances and improve existing processes.

• Communication Pro: You can distill complex project updates into clear, concise daily summaries that keep a busy construction team on track.

• Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and have hands-on experience managing specialized CRMs like AccuLynx or similar construction-based platforms.

• Your Home Office: You have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection suitable for supporting US-based operations during the Mountain Time graveyard shift.
