The Opportunity Experience: 1-2 years Role: Contract Sportskeeda is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can create high-quality motion assets for branded content, digital campaigns, and innovative ad formats. This role sits at the intersection of motion design and advertising. The candidate will work closely with the Brand Solutions team to translate campaign ideas into clear, engaging, and visually strong outputs. This includes motion-led ad creatives, interactive formats, and pitch-ready mockups that demonstrate how ideas come to life. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with motion design tools, understand digital content formats, and have a strong eye for detail, pacing, and visual clarity. Key Responsibilities: Motion Design & Video Assets- Create motion graphics and video assets for branded campaigns, social media, and platform integrations.
- Develop short-form motion snippets for ads, in-app placements, and user acquisition campaigns.
- Ensure high visual quality, smooth transitions, and strong storytelling through motion.
- Design motion-led ad creatives for digital campaigns across platforms.
- Work on innovative formats such as interactive ads, scratch-to-reveal, and immersive video units.
- Build visually clear motion concepts that help brands understand the idea and its execution.
- Create high-quality animated and static mockups for pitches and campaign presentations.
- Translate briefs into visual outputs that clearly communicate the idea to internal teams and clients.
- Support the Brand Solutions team in bringing new ad formats and campaign ideas to life.
- Design creatives aligned with brand guidelines, with strong attention to typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Maintain consistency across assets while adapting designs for different formats and platforms.
- Understand design briefs and translate them into clear outputs.
- Present concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
Working knowledge of IllustratorBlender or similar tools is a plus.
Good understanding of motion design principles, pacing, and animation techniques.
Strong foundation in typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating digital ad creatives, motion assets, and branded content.
Ability to create mockups and visual prototypes for campaign ideas.
Comfortable working across different design styles based on brand requirements.
Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
