Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Care & Sales Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer care and sales, preferably in a remote or telesales environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
