Job Description
As an In-Studio Game Presenter, you will be responsible for engaging with at-home players and presenting our casino games live on-camera from our private, state-of-the-art broadcasting studio. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing an exceptional gaming experience for our players and promoting a positive and professional image of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present live casino games to at-home players in a professional and engaging manner
- Interact with players through live chat and provide a memorable experience
- Follow studio guidelines and protocols to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience
- Participate in training and development programs to improve presentation skills and knowledge of casino games
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to arenaflex's code of conduct

Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
- At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Professional, mature, and understand the importance of workplace guidelines
- Strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to engage and offer a memorable experience for our live players
- Quick learners who adapt seamlessly to new concepts
Physical Functions:
* Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
