What You'll Be Doing

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers through live chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, services, and products
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Make upgrade and add-on service recommendations to customers
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
  • Code sales accurately and completely
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

Education and Experience

* No degrees necessary – great work-from-home opportunity for anyone who is ready to start a business and be their own boss

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with billing and account management systems

Technical Requirements

* A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor is recommended

  • Dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited from use
  • All-in-One computers are not currently compatible with any client programs
  • CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
  • Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
  • Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better
  • Operating System: Windows 7 or Windows 10
  • Standard Connection and Speed: Hard-wired connection (no wireless) with a minimum of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
  • Monitor Recommendations: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
  • Mac Requirements: Macs must have an Ethernet port, and Boot Camp and a licensed version of Windows MUST be installed

* USB headset with microphone (required for Certification)

  • Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended
  • Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 10
  • Mozilla Firefox or Chrome for Windows (optional)
  • Microsoft Security Essentials for Windows 7; Windows Defender for Windows 8 or 10
  • Hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
  • Hard-wired land line telephone service
