Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and provide information about our benefits
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Quality control to ensure that our services meet the highest standards
• Leadership development to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of our team

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Conduct outbound calls to engage with clients and provide information about our benefits
• Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records using basic computer knowledge
• Conduct quality control to ensure that our services meet the highest standards
• Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of our team

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients
• Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients
• An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results
• The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
• Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• The ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees

• Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
