Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will become the backbone of our data quality ecosystem. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurate Data Input: Transfer information from paper forms, PDFs, emails, and other sources into our centralized database with a minimum accuracy rate of 99.5 %.
  • Data Maintenance & Updates: Review, modify, and delete records to preserve data integrity throughout the lifecycle of each entry.
  • Verification & Cross‑Checking: Conduct systematic checks against source documents to confirm completeness and correctness.
  • Quality Assurance Audits: Perform routine data quality reviews, flag inconsistencies, and collaborate with senior analysts to resolve discrepancies.
  • Report Generation: Assemble, format, and distribute routine and ad‑hoc reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal reporting tools.
  • Data Organization: Categorize and tag data sets for easy retrieval, supporting downstream analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Special Project Support: Assist project leads by gathering, cleaning, and entering data for research, client deliverables, and product development efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate progress, challenges, and insights with teammates via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email.
