About the position Builden Partners seeks a Legal Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies for our growing roster of law firm clients. Under the direction of the Director of Client Service, this position will work closely with internal team members to advance the written and tactical marketing efforts across multiple clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 1-2 years of marketing experience, exceptional organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Drafting marketing content, including: Website copy, bios, practice group descriptions and case wins
  • Social media copy for LinkedIn, X and Facebook
  • Client newsletters, alerts and press releases
  • Award submissions, including award and list tracking management
  • PowerPoint and proposal content, including layout and formatting
  • Marketing collateral, such as pitch decks and brochures
  • Completing digital marketing communications projects, including: Email distributions, event invitations and digital ads
  • Website updates and back-end content execution
  • Social media post coordination and metrics analysis
  • Basic graphic design and visual content development
  • Executing event logistics, including: Venue research
  • Invitation list management
  • Tracking RSVPs and guest outreach
  • Vendor research
  • Day-of webinar technical and logistical support
  • Conducting secondary research for projects such as: Market intelligence by region or practice group
  • Sponsorship opportunities
  • Speaking engagements Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related discipline, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing agency, PR agency, law firm or professional services setting
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including persuasive marketing writing and the ability to synthesize complex content
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva, CRMs and analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Nice-to-haves
