Account Manager (Remote - U.S. based only)

- Leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to effectively manage client accounts and address their inquiries related to our platform, carriers, and wholesalers
- Work with different carrier/wholesaler documents, adapting to their unique styles and habits
- Utilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectively
- Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Collaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations and demonstrating a team-player attitude
- Efficiently manage time and workflows to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately
- Must have an active P&C license
- Three or more years prior experience in account management, customer success, or a related role (or) currently employed at Layr for the past six months and in good standing
- Knowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers and wholesalers in the excess market
- Familiarity with advanced AMS navigation (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.)
- Familiar with Microsoft 365
