• *About The Role**

We are seeking a skilled Analyst of Go-To-Market Business Intelligence to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your primary focus will be designing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue metrics, and customer lifecycle performance. You will develop scalable, self-service reporting tools that empower teams to answer key questions independently, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Additionally, you will analyze performance trends to identify opportunities and risks, providing clear recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency. Collaboration with data engineering and business systems teams will ensure the integrity and reliability of the data foundation supporting your analyses.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Expert-level experience with modern data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik Sense
• Strong background in data modeling, manipulation, and statistical analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ELT processes
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights clearly and effectively
• Strong judgment and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
• *Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics

• Create scalable, self-service reporting tools to facilitate independent data analysis by GTM teams
• Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities, risks, and provide actionable recommendations
• Automate recurring reports to enhance speed, accuracy, and consistency of data delivery
• Manage the data dictionary and report repository, ensuring clarity and alignment of metrics
• Collaborate with data engineering and business systems teams to support reliable, well-structured data sources
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to meet evolving business needs
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across various departments
