The Role

As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, while also identifying opportunities to offer valuable products and services. This role combines the best of both worlds: supporting clients with their insurance needs while building strong relationships and driving growth through sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, responding to their inquiries, processing policy updates, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions, supporting retention and growth through cross-selling and account reviews.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service and sales goals, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

* Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a positive attitude and a team-player mindset
• Interest in sales and building client relationships, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license (licensing support is available)
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
