Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers in English and Spanish to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services
• Providing legendary service by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
