Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits, showcasing your expertise and building trust with clients
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage, providing personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:
