Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk who possesses exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our company databases and spreadsheets, performing regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information, verifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors, generating reports as requested by management to analyze data trends, and assisting with data migration projects and system upgrades when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Inputting and updating data into the company databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Performing regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
  • Verifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors in a timely and efficient manner
  • Generating reports as requested by management to analyze data trends and provide insights
  • Assisting with data migration projects and system upgrades when necessary
  • Providing administrative support to other departments as needed in relation to data

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus
  • Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software
