Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Inside Sales team, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers to determine their service needs and schedule appointments for our technicians.
• Organizing sales calls and dispatching our service technicians to fix HVAC or plumbing issues.
• Prioritizing and entering data into our database using your computer skills.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
