As an In-Studio Game Presenter, you will be the face of arenaflex, presenting our casino games live on-camera to players from around the world. Your exceptional presentation skills, warm personality, and ability to engage with our audience will make every win feel like a grand event. Key Responsibilities:
* Present our casino games live on-camera, interacting with players and creating an engaging experience
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our games, rules, and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to player queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless game presentation and a high-quality viewing experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate our 24/7 studio operations

* Competitive compensation: $10.00 + a guaranteed tip of $8.00 ($18 an hour)

Essential Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
- At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
Physical Functions:
* Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
