Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Your role is essential to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data that influences key business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data consistency and support business operations efficiently. This role offers the flexibility you need to balance work with other commitments and provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience with a renowned global company. Responsibilities

* Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

  • Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed

Requirements

* Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • High school diploma; further education or certification in data entry will be considered an advantage

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of data entry experience is preferred but not mandatory

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Certification in data entry or other relevant field is an added advantage

* Experience with data entry software and tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
