Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our National Campaigns Unit team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and managing email communications. You'll work closely with our internal clients, including Computershare and Georgeson, to deliver accurate and timely information to shareholders. Your goal will be to educate and empower shareholders to make informed decisions, while also promoting the interests of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communications, from shareholders

• Provide accurate and timely information to shareholders, addressing their concerns and questions
• Work closely with internal clients to deliver shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and elections
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and their interests
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

• 6-7 months of call center and customer service experience
• Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

• Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy meetings
• Strong knowledge of grammar and English language
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Equipment Requirements

* Windows 10 or 11 operating system

• USB headsets (no wireless)
• Dual monitors (optional)
• Ability to come off mute when called on
• Materials open and available on the current example being shared
• Participating in the chat when asked to complete a task
• Internet speed: 50 download/10 upload

Pay and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $20.00
