Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional support and guidance through various communication channels, including:

• Answering customer queries via phone, SMS, and email
• Guiding customers online regarding website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
• Referring queries/complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution of complaints
• Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and shipment details
• Maintaining records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in the customer support system/database

Eligibility Requirements:
