Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing exceptional support through various communication channels, and becoming a product and solutions expert. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
