Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Back Office/Data Entry professional to join our team on a hybrid remote work arrangement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also providing exceptional support to our operations. Key Responsibilities

* Compare data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies

  • Re-enter data in verification format to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry
  • Maintain logbooks of activities and completed work
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Back Office/Data Entry role

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and data programs
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science)

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Access)
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
