Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point-of-contact with our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure repeat business. You'll also be responsible for promoting our products and services to current and potential customers, ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean environment. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business

  • Promote our products and services to current and potential customers
  • Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
  • Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment
  • Perform other duties as instructed by management

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred

  • Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Ability to drive sales
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency is required
  • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
  • Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and keep their concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
