Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Support Agents to join our remote team and help deliver outstanding service during our busy season. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries, effectively diagnosing customer needs, and ensuring all issues are addressed. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering extraordinary customer service and building positive rapport on every interaction
  • Managing your time effectively and responding to incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Accurately documenting call details and customer interactions
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and following them through to resolution
  • Maintaining organized records of service actions and outcomes
  • Prioritizing workflow based on task urgency and importance
  • Supporting additional tasks as assigned

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday
  • Proficient in communications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
