Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with visitors on our clients' websites via a Live Chat app, offering real-time assistance and support. Your key duties will include:
- Interacting with customers through online chat, responding to their queries, and providing solutions to their problems
- Assisting customers with product or service-related inquiries, offering links to relevant information, and providing discounts as needed
- Utilizing tools such as Facebook Messenger to facilitate seamless communication with customers
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Essential Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you should have:
