Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, cared for, and valued. You'll work closely with our General Manager to drive day-to-day operations, oversee employees, and maintain a positive work environment. With a passion for customer service and a knack for leadership, you'll empower our team to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all guests receive exceptional care and attention, aligning with arenaflex's company values and mission.

  • Foster a strong resort culture by promoting a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, and recognizing employee achievements.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all operational procedures and protocols.
  • Empower employees to take ownership of their roles and goals, delegating tasks and providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on all operational procedures, including those outlined in the arenaflex Operations Manual.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the point-of-sale system and other relevant software.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including securing the building and ensuring its security.
  • Feed and medicate dogs as needed, maintaining the highest standards of animal care.
  • Oversee cleaning and disinfecting procedures, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for our guests.
  • Be prepared to perform any job requirement, except for the owner/General Manager role.

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in pet boarding, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail.

  • Proven track record of building strong interpersonal relationships and coaching employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, even in highly stressful and unexpected situations.
  • Dependable and responsible, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mediate and problem-solve effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with luxury pet resorts and high-end customer service standards.
  • Certification in pet care, animal behavior, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management tools.
