The platform optimizes continuously based on results, not reports. We're scaling fast and building a sales team that operates with intensity and accountability. The Role

This is a high-activity outbound BDR position. Cold calls, cold outreach, pipeline generation. Not passive. Not inbound. What you'll do:

• 80+ calls per day with follow-up emails logged in HubSpot
• Convert outreach into qualified meetings with law firm decision-makers
• Generate pipeline that hits demo targets (minimum 14 completed shows per month)
• Partner with Account Executives on handoff and deal progression
• Use conferences and events as additional pipeline channels

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or business development
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
• Consistent, coachable, and motivated by targets
• Strong verbal communicator who qualifies and adapts in real time

Compensation Pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000, with additional commission based on performance. In addition to base salary and commission, FirmPilot offers: 100% premium cost for employee: health, dental, and vision coverage Discretionary paid time off 11 holidays observed, and 2 floating holidays
