Experienced Customer Service Associate – Swedish Language Support

The Role

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email

• Prevent issues and solve queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their queries
• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
• Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
