Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text message, and voice notes, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems

  • Provide product information and support to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our Nutiliti application
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Advanced English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships
