Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. As a key member of our data science team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop data-driven insights, and create actionable recommendations. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and collaboration will be instrumental in driving business success and shaping arenaflex's future.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and statistical models to drive business insights and recommendations

• Design, develop, and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business growth
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and business intelligence
• Mentor and train junior team members on data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization techniques
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and data scientists

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with data science frameworks and libraries, such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data governance principles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
