About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Providing product information, demos, and training to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
