Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class customer experiences. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving product or service problems, and providing accurate, timely, and professional responses. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
