What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your duties will include:
- Connecting with veterinary centers to arrange prescription pickups, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine the best solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
- Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with empathy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners
- Collaborating with colleagues to share feedback, receive input, and work in a culture of continuous growth and development
- Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone, using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record client note accounts
- Expecting a significant portion of the business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- The ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- The ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and work schedule requirements
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- A clean background check
