Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and performing other tasks as needed. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Take orders from customers, process payments, and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Assemble orders, deliver food to customers, and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Work effectively in a team environment, assisting other team members as needed to ensure continuity of service
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in high-pressure situations
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
Essential Qualifications
* 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods, kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
- Ability to ascend or descend stairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and make change accurately
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
