Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate - Live Chat Specialist, you'll assume the critical role of the initial touchpoint for customer inquiries, requests, feedback, complaints, and various other needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Fostering and maintaining strong relationships between clients and company, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Providing feedback and insights to improve customer experience and service delivery

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including customer service, communication, and problem-solving
  • A device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • A high level of reliability and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours of availability per week
  • Reliable internet connectivity

Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Hours per week: 5-40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
