CFOforIT is an AI-forward professional services firm serving IT service providers. This role exists to design, build, and operationalize AI as core infrastructure—not experimentation. The Principal AI Architect owns the architecture, security, and scalability of AI across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, and integrated SaaS platforms, enabling CFOforIT to scale revenue and delivery without scaling headcount.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise-grade Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Design secure Microsoft Graph integrations and permission models.
- Build AI-driven workflows using Power Automate and APIs.
- Integrate AI with HubSpot, Karbon, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, and Dialpad.
- Establish AI governance, auditability, and security controls.
- Convert unstructured data into structured, queryable AI knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15+ years building production systems.
- Deep Microsoft ecosystem experience (Entra ID, Graph, SharePoint, M365).
- Hands-on Copilot Studio and automation experience.
- Strong understanding of AI grounding, RAG, and governance.
