[Remote] Customs Support Specialist

They are seeking Customer Support Specialists to ensure high levels of service for their growing customer base by resolving technical issues and maximizing the use of their platforms.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email
- Monitor system performance, deliver training, and support quality assurance
- Troubleshoot application issues across Descartes logistics platforms
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Create and update support and diagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges
Skills
- Degree or diploma in computer science, IT, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Customs Brokerage certification
- Experience with tools like Descartes OneView, ABI, NetCHB, or QuestaWeb
- Knowledge of EDI or integration technologies
- Familiarity with wireless communications
