Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, copying, faxing, and reconciling. You'll also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with various departments and utilizing Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter daily work orders into systems

  • Assemble reports
  • Reconcile reports
  • File, copy, fax, and perform other clerical duties
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Organizing and prioritizing skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
  • 1 year of office clerk experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in recycling would be helpful but not necessary

Preferred Qualifications

* Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)

  • Experience working in a remote environment

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
